Monthly Renewing Subscriptions
If you would like to receive a refund, you must request it prior to the start of order processing and shipping, before the 10th of each month of that current month's shipment. Please allow 3 or more business days for us to process your request. Refunds are unavailable for boxes that have already shipped or set to ship in 3 business days or less.
Cratejoy subscribers: if you cancel your subscription through Cratejoy, please notify Support so that we can be sure you receive your final shipment! Just send us an email at email@example.com.

Quarterly (3-Month), Biannual (6-Month), & Annual (12-Month) Renewing Subscriptions
Full refunds are unavailable for extended 3, 6 or 12 month subscriptions that have already begun shipping. If you have been renewed for an extended plan, you can receive a full refund as long as your first box has not been shipped. There will be a cancellation fee of $7.50 per remaining box after the first box in a period has shipped. You can read more details here.
