Bi-Monthly Renewing Subscriptions
If you are not completely satisfied with your SlutBox subscription, you can cancel your membership and discontinue your bi-monthly payments at any time. To cancel, log into your account here: https://myslutbox.shop/account/login
In order to cancel before you are renewed for the next shipment, you need to cancel your SlutBox subscription prior to the renewal date, which is around the 20th-25th of each month.*
If your membership has already renewed and you'd like to cancel an upcoming shipment, you can cancel your subscription, but must request a refund via email by the 4th of that month's shipment to be eligible for a refund.

Please Note: you may be asked to confirm cancellation or to clarify your account details, so it is safest to email us as early as possible.
IF YOU ARE NOT CANCELED BY THE ABOVE DATE, YOU CANNOT BE REFUNDED FOR THAT MONTH'S SHIPMENT. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS ON BOXES THAT HAVE ALREADY BEEN SHIPPED.

*Renewal dates are flexible, but typically occur around the 20th-25th of the calendar month, in advance of your next shipment.
Quarterly (3-Month), Biannual (6-Month), & Annual (12-Month) Renewing Subscriptions
Please note: if you are not canceled by the 4th day of the calendar month of your first shipment in the extended subscription period, there will be a cancellation fee of $7.50 per remaining box after the first box in a period has shipped.
